Credit Risk Reporting and Workflow BA

Projektbeschreibung
The role will entail:
* Managing the resources within the team (currently 14 people) who are a mixture of Perm and Contract staff
* Ensure consistency of delivery across the team
* Provide guidance to, mentor and develop the team to ensure they are delivering 'at their best'
* Work with the team to undertake and deliver the following;
* Investigate and analyse new Reporting and Workflow requirements from business users and stakeholders
* Organise and lead meetings/workshops to gather and document requirements
* Understand, document and redefine business processes
* Verify IT functional specifications and perform any impact analysis and execute UAT
* Provide user training for system changes
* Maintain up to date knowledge on industry wide Risk processes and procedures
* Represent the team in various working groups
* Work as a member of an effective team, contributing to ad hoc requests without losing focus on primary objectives
The right candidate will have:
* A strong degree from a recognised university.
* A background that reflects a candidate at the top of their game.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Strong Business Analysis skills, including writing of Business Requirements Documents, Operating Models and Business Process Flows
* Knowledge of BII and BIII Regulations
* Understanding of the Credit Sanctioning role, as well as general Reporting and System Workflow concepts
* Understanding of Credit Metrics, especially Counterparty Grading (EAD, PD, LGD)
* Experience in Limit and Excess Management, as well as Reporting and Data
* Working with workflow based systems
