Ideally the individual will have around 4/5 years experience at a Senior Analyst or Manager level. This would have involved managing, leading and developing a team of analysts to build scorecards using SAS and implement the necessary controls (the role will involve managing a team of 6 individuals - 3 direct reports). Therefore some technical knowledge of SAS is necessary.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to project manage and be involved in the development of new products, processes, and pricing working alongside the Sales and Marketing teams. The existing team is also in the process of introducingBASELinto the business so exposure to BASELwould be beneficial.
