Skills - Data Warehouse Development, SQL Server/Oracle, Business Intelligence, Logical Modelling, Physical Modelling, Performance tuning, Credit Risk Knowledge, Ideally any experience with Mongo DB, Hadoop or C# would be ideal.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Database Technical Architect (Vice President) for a high performing Credit Risk team for a leading bank based inCanaryWharf. This Team are responsible for all Credit Risk reporting both internally to the group and senior management and externally to regulators.

This team are running a number of highly demanding regulatory projects which this technical Architect will be heavily involved with. They will be responsible for working closely with the business and programme managers to understand the current DATA Architecture and be responsible for setting the strategic direction for future DATA Architect, being responsible for future technology choices.

This Technical Architect will be responsible for influencing the business looking at cost, technology and the functional trade off's between the two they will also act as a technical lead covering the below technology stack:

Data warehouse (SQL Server or Oracle)

Business Intelligence (SSIS,SSRS, SSAS, Qilkview)

Logical Modelling

Physical Modelling

Programming C#
