Credit Risk Data/Mortgages Analyst - Midlands - £350-£400 per day

Our client, a large banking organisation is looking to recruit an experienced analyst to join a data focused credit risk project in the midlands.

JOB DETAILS
A great opportunity to support the UK largest Mortgage lender deliver a key regulatory project in credit risk.

The candidate key accountabilities be expected to:
- Investigate and interrogate data to ensure it is robust accurate and fit for purpose
- Re design, build and test key Credit Risk MI and reports in line with the new data structure to support the delivery of the Project.
- Problem solve, use initiative and articulate problems and solutions to senior management
- Work independently and efficiently to meet demanding timelines
- Use credit risk and technical knowledge to drive conversations in internal meetings and with the project team
- Manage key stakeholders including mortgage credit risk and project colleagues in order to deliver.
- Provide knowledge of industry best practice to support the delivery of the project.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED ARE:
- Strong SAS and Excel (VBA) skills to support delivery of new MI and Reporting
- Credit Risk and Banking experience is favourable
- Strong communication skills and presenting to a senior audience
- Experience of good stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset with analytical background.
