On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Credit Risk Business Analyst with proven experience in implementing Credit Risk Methodology changes and participating in strategic projects in banking. Main responsibilities:

- Being part of the team, you will translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for integration, functional, performance and user acceptance testing
- Gather deep understanding of business processes and related issues
- Develop multiple options for solutions and convey the merits and issues of each to ensure clear understanding of impact across the organization
- You will contribute to successful and timely delivery of projects and changes in scope of team's responsibilities as well as identify and escalate risks and issues
- You will have a chance to contribute to wide Data Harmonization Project, by gathering and documenting SME knowledge of Systems Infrastructure and functionalities, cross impacts between projects, systems and business processes and delivering this information to other project teams
- Maintain and expand the relationships with core Business, Change and IT and Business stakeholders at various levels of the Credit Risk organization
- Ensure compliance with established guidelines for accurate and timely project delivery achievements

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Credit Risk within Investment Banking. Some reporting experience would be a plus
- You have acted in as a bridge between Business Users and IT in a systems project and you bring knowledge and hands-on experience in all aspects of the development life cycle particularly in functional testing
- You show demonstrated ability in understanding data flows, table structures and running SQLs
- Effective stakeholder management, experience in facing senior business stakeholders
- As a person with a positive spirit, you combine a dedicated approach with good communication skills
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work with little supervision
- You show strong problem solving and skills and can convey the merits and issues of each to ensure deep understanding of impact across the organization
- Fluent in English

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in credit risk and the corresponding regulatory frameworks
- Understanding on front to back systems, data, calculations and processes within a Private Banking or Investment Banking environment
- Ability to review and challenge IT functional specifications
- Effective time management - able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- German language skills would be beneficial
