Role responsibilities:
- Create and define a business operating model
- Define and document the target operating model
- Business requirements gathering
- Functional specification
- Define and identify the processes of Liquidity Risk reporting
- Develop process map and process re-engineering
- Define and develop communication plans
- Manage and run workshops
- Communicate and present findings to multiple departments
Experience/skills required:
- Substantial business analysis experience within Investment Banking
- A track record of delivering large scale projects
- Knowledge of Investment Banking products and processes
- Knowledge of Credit Risk
- Substantial experience in Basel III or RWA programmes
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience of liaising with other departments across multiple countries
