CREDIT RISK ANALYST (CREDIT RISK CONTROLS & LENDING, BIRMINGHAM)

We are looking to recruit a Credit Risk Analyst with a strong understanding of credit risk controls to join a change programme within the lending space of a well-recognised financial services organisation. The successful Credit Risk Analyst will look to define improvements to the current credit risk controls, before working alongside to-be' process maps outlining improvements to these controls within a new Operating Model. The team will then look to implement this new Credit Risk Operating Model.

The Credit Risk Analyst will require significant knowledge of credit risk principles & knowledge of SAS & SQL to effectively complete this project and moreover the successful Credit Risk Analyst must have a strong understanding of lending products, in particular those specific to the mortgage industry.

Credit Risk Analyst Position Criteria:

- The Credit Risk Analyst will be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Credit Risk controls & concepts within the financial services industry
- In depth understanding of a range of lending products, in particular those specific to the mortgage industry
- Skills around SAS & SQL
