- Collection calls
- Claims resolution
- SAP experience
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Initiate collection calls
- Perform account maintenance
- Obtain payment details as needed
- Resolve claims and deductions
- Handle inbound calls and faxes
- Send invoices and statements as needed
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- At least two to three (2 - 3) years related experience
- High school diploma
- Experience with SAP
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office products and Lotus Notes desired.
