Credit Portfolio Reporting Analyst - Commercial Real Estate

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Allegis Group Services are the onsite recruitment partner at RBS and manage all contract and temporary opportunities for RBS M&IB (Markets and International Banking).

We have an outstanding contract opportunity for a Credit Risk Portfolio Analyst to make their mark with one of the world's largest international banking and financial services companies. In the role of a Credit Risk Portfolio Analyst you will play an integral role in helping our client deliver market leading services that set it apart from its competitors.

The key focus of the role will be to produce reports and analysis on concentration risks in in Commercial Real Estate Portfolio.

ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS:

You will be producing monthly and quarterly MI across the key risk concentration frameworks. You will focus primarily on Commercial Real Estate Portfolio, however you will also have exposure to other sector reviews as well as single name concentration reporting and analysis.

COMPETENCIES:

You will have previous work experience in a similar role in corporate or investment banking. Experience in Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Credit Analysis would be ideal. You must be able to analyse a large volume of data and come to a logical conclusions on trends witnessed. Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills are required as you will be liaising with senior stakeholders.
