The role will involve:
• The collection of cash by telephone and written contact with clients
• Manage monthly statement run
• Provide management information to the business
• Work with partners/managers to resolve queries and disputes
• Pro-active in risk management to control levels of credit exposure
You will have at least 3 years credit control experience. You must have a professional approach to both your work and clients and be able to deliver work to specific deadlines. You should have strong organisational and communication skills and will be proficient in Word and Excel. Experience within a professional services firm would be an advantage.
