CREDIT CONTROLLER - RUDDINGTON - MATERNITY COVER CONTRACT

An opportunity has arisen for an interim Credit Controller to join our team in Ruddington, Nottingham to carry out cash collection responsibilities across a number of ledgers within the IT Services division, covering 8 separate businesses.

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

- Chasing payment of outstanding debts to achieve the quickest and best level of recovery
- Meet periodic cash collection targets
- Allocate cash receipts
- Process and allocate credit notes
- Deal with correspondence from debtors, third parties and clients
- To provide professional and effective services to internal and external clients.
- Issue consolidated invoices and reports for assigned clients
- Query resolution
- positively promoting the company and its products and services to ensure that a professional image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues

To be considered for the opportunity, previous experience in a similar position is essential.

Candidates must be able to comfortably demonstrate the following:

- Experience of dealing with external/internal customers
- Strong computer literacy; comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel to an intermediate level
- Excellent communication skills, telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to deal confidently with debtors in order to establish effective communication

In addition, knowledge of the following systems is desirable however on-the-job training will be given:- SAP, Epicor, Sage, Great Plains.
