Credit Controller required by this market leading business in Nottingham. You will have previous experience of collecting debt, and working within a fast paced, high volume environment. You will be part of a team responsible for the prompt collection of overdue debts, helping to improve cashflow and ensure that debt is collected in line with set targets.

Key duties:
* Contacting clients by telephone and ensure that all communication is recorded.
* Escalate any customer disputes where necessary
* Experience of Business to business collections.
* Maintain accurate records of debt chasing
* Interact with customers and different departmental colleagues
* Provide input into the monthly statement run and respond to client queries as appropriate
* Set up payment instalment plans
* Work on own initiative, managing own clients with minimum supervision
