Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Maintain a sales ledger of approximately 1200 accounts -Provide detailed account reconciliations
-Cash collection calls
-Logging, Reporting and Resolving Customer Queries
-Working towards company targets and objectives
Education and/or Experience
-Previous experience of Sales ledger/credit control essential
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
-Excellent Customer Service Communication skills
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Proven administrative skills
-Good attention to detail
-Ability to work as a team player within a busy department
-Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative
-Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
-Ability to work to prioritise workload
-Ability to work calmly in an environment that can be pressured
