The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate Aged Debtors reports, taking ownership of an accurate log of invoice dates, PO numbersand other relevant Accounts Receivable information.
Additional duties will include chasing payments by telephone and letter and following strict procedures to ensure prompt payments. You will be responsible for providing weekly reports on ledger status and progress with problem debt as well as supporting the senior finance team with process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have credit control experience within a commercial business and a demonstrable track record of achievement in relation to decreasing debtor days and improving Accounts Receivable and Credit Control processes. A confident and pragmatic approach to problem solving is a must for this role and knowledge of the Navision accounting system would be advantageous.
