CREDIT ASSOCIATE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in ADDISON, IL

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in fraud investigation
- Skilled in working on delinquent accounts
- Experience in performing background checks

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

- Responsible for minimizing exposure due to nonpayment of invoices by managing the customer relationship
- Will apply credit principles and procedures to manage, analyze and resolve billing issues with a firm eye on quality
- Fraud investigation
- Duties may include researching and contacting delinquent accounts to arrange collection of outstanding payments
- May also prepare correspondence, coordinate conference calls with both internal and external customers, and make recommendations to withhold credit
- Decision-making responsibilities plus the ability to develop favorable working relationships with both internal and external customers

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- 4+ years in fraud investigation
- Experience as a Fraud Analyst
- Solid experience in Window applications, including proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Associate's Degree
