Credit Analyst Job

CREDIT ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Glenn Mills, PA.

What you'll be doing:
- Handles all aspects of order control; review and resolution of customer orders that are blocked; utilizes the flow of order shipments as needed to maintain prompt payment on current outstanding balances.
- Handles standard collection activities for low impact customer accounts, which includes CIA and credit card customers; assigns notes for disputed invoices when identified; works with customer service to ensure export documentation (shipping bill of lading, letter of credit, insurance certificate, etc) is in compliance as applicable.
- May provide credit support to other legal entities; processes commission payments.
- Interacts with Customer Service Reps and Accounts Receivable Appliers for resolution of remittance misapplications, offsets and other customer-related account reconciliations as and when identified; escalates unresolved issues such as disputes and underpayments to Leveraged Services Manager
- Performs simple account reconciliations (including credit cards and national accounts)

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor Degree in business administration (Accounting or Finance) required
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in credit and collections, finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and corporate finance.
- Proficiency in financial modelling in Excel.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for making a difference.
- Focused, organized, results-oriented individual.
- Ability to work effectively and build strong relationships with peers.
- Self-motivated individual, able to achieve high impact in an unstructured environment
