One of our large Investment Bank of America is looking for an experienced Credit Analyst

Supporting the CEEMEA Credit Officer and Team in managing all credit aspects of their portfolio including preparing counterparty analysis for the annual renewal process in addition to transactional approvals, for which a familiarity with traded products; ensuring timely submission of Credit Approval documentation, interim monitoring of clients' financial performance, and other analysis and reporting as required.

A willingness to undertake ad-hoc departmental project work and special reporting tasks is essential. Ongoing monitoring and analysis of risk ratings and exposure for assigned clients, as well as ensuring adherence to all aspects of prevailing credit policy. Developing a working understanding of relevant legal documents, including term sheets, credit agreements and amendments.

Essential
Strong Financial Analyst Experience
Experience of transactions - credit, corporate banking, loan documentation,
Legal documentation
Excellent organisational skills
Strong word/Excel
