CREDENTIALING MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Richmond, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for building and overseeing a team that manages all aspects and operations of provider credentialing and roster management for client and its partnering entities.
- Prepare all materials, facilitate, and produce the official meeting minutes for all credentialing related meetings.
- Foster an environment in which continuous improvement in business processes and services is recognized and measured (ie performance measurements, people development, customer relationship management, etc.)
- Manage the process to review and verify primary source verification, monitor the expiration of associated documents, prepare and distribute primary source verification request, and facilitate providers' related credentialing information.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree required
- Five (5) or more years of experience performing physician credentialing at a Medical Group, Hospital, or Health Plan
- Three (3) or more years of experience directly supervising staff
- CPMSM or CPCS certification or demonstrated progress towards achieving certification.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and management of provider credentialing and medical group policies and standards.
- Knowledge of California Industry Collaborative Effort (ICE) and NCQA Credentialing Guidelines.
- Strong Computer Skills and Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
