Due to recent growth in the freelance sector Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking to increase its pool of freelance candidates. We have a reputation of supplying the very best freelancers, who can seamlessly integrate within the company's they are placed within

Ideally we are looking for creative, marketing or digital agency experienced freelancers who are comfortable designing for print and web. You will be at a stage in your career where you are comfortable going in to agencies or into in house studios and marketing departments and be able to 'hit the ground running'. You will be able to design a variety of marketing material from concept to print ready artwork. Experience of Wordpress, HTML and CSS will be a huge advantage. You will be a confident user of Adobe Creative Suite or Creative Cloud.

Also getting freelance bookings for Web Developers, so please get in touch if you are an experienced front or back end developer, PHP Developer, .Net Developer etc.

Most of the freelance roles will require you to work on site within our clients offices, so you will need to reside within the West Midlands or East Midlands, ideally with own transport or ability to reach public transport networks.

Pay rates are competitive, however these do vary depending on the role and company. When applying please include your hourly or day rate, to ensure you do fit within in the criteria.
