Creative Director - London - Top Agency (Banking Client)

Creative Director is required by a top agency based in London to run one of their major accounts a major banking client. The client is currently having a major overhaul and the agency are central to defining the vision and the experience of the next generation online banking experience. To enable this they are looking for an Associate Creative Director to help drive the vision through to delivery. They require someone who has experience in delivering Responsive UI.

Responsibilities:

As part of an Embedded team on the client site your primary responsibility will be driving the UX and Design thinking to the highest standards, pushing the stakeholder team and influencing decision making process to ensure the best possible user experience is developed for the project. 

This will include the following:

Vision:  
Developing the project to the existing vision.
Defining solutions that meet this vision and supporting the team in getting senior buy in.

INTEGRATION OF 3RD PARTY THINKING:  
Due to the agile development process there are multiple projects that can have and influence over the development of the project.  
These need to be understood and incorporated as necessary.  
This also includes ongoing development of the existing site and tools that will dovetail into the future customer experience.

Creative Direction:  
Within the scrum team it is vital that this role leads the creative direction of the solutions, ensuring that this applies existing brand and experience principles.

TEAM MANAGEMENT:  
A team of 3 - 6 people are Embedded into the client scrum team and this role will have direct management of this team and their output.  

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:  
As part of a client scrum team, stakeholder management is a key role.
