Cquin Project Manager

The Project manager will primarily lead on the operational delivery of the following:

- IMRS non-recurrent investment initiatives
- IMRS CQUIN schemes

A summary of the key duties and responsibilities, based on the role's job description, are as follows:

- Work with the divisional management team, Associate Medical Director, Operations Director and clinical staff to ensure the achievement of the non-recurrent initiatives outcomes
- Provide first line operational management to specific non-recurrent initiatives and CQUIN schemes
- In liaison with the Business Development Unit, ensure appropriate systems and processes are established to support the robust reporting and progress relating to non-recurrent initiatives and CQUIN schemes
- Manage the designated financial resource associated with the non-recurrent initiatives and support the Operations Director in financial management within the Division
- Support the development of future initiatives and CQUIN schemes across the division
