Cpmon Engineer

We are looking for CPMon Development Engineer in San Ramon, CA

The details:

- Develop a software tool for LTE Control Plane Monitoring
- This tool includes analysing E2E LTE control plane KPIs, call trace and cause codes and generate performance reports for operation purpose.

Job Requirements for CPMon Development Engineer:

- Master degree in a technical field, MSCS and MSEE are preferred.
- Coding skills in PERL and JAVA with GUI development
- Domain knowledge on LTE, call flow, and call trace
- Experience in E2E network management tool development for service providers
- Knowledge on network monitoring probes is a plus.
- Familiar with network protocols for Wireline and wireless, eg, GTP, MAC, PHY, NAS, RRC, S1-MME, SIP, RTP, RTCP, RTCP-XR, etc.
- Hands-on experience with existing tools, such as: Wireshark, Scripting tools, modelling tools, data parsing tools, etc.
- Experience with UMTS and LTE KPIs, their composition of performance measurements, etc.
- A self-motivated person and team-layer is highly desired.
