CPA/Technical Accountant Job

CPA/TECHNICAL ACCOUNTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in PITTSBURGH, PA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- CPA with strong technical accounting experience
- SEC reporting experience
- Primary point of contact with business units on non-routine transaction

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Analyze business unit metrics versus expectations and prior periods
- Assist in preparation of regulatory filings with the Securities & Exchange Commission and other regulatory bodies
- Assist in the compilation of internal management reporting packages and presentations to the Board of Directors
- Act as primary point of contact for business unit finance personnel on US GAAP and WHQ Financial Policies
- Consolidate business unit results on a monthly basis
- Build relationships with business units to assist in reviewing and understanding their local operations

- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
