Cover Supervisors - Guildford - Experienced

COVER SUPERVISORS
£55 - £75 per day depending on experience,

Due to the continued success of our Berkshire Team we are looking for additional Cover Supervisors to be part of this success. If you are looking for day to day, long term assignments then we especially want to hear from you. I am specifically looking to recruit in my schools in Surrey, I have a number of schools that solely depend on Capita to cover all their requirements as such I need hard working and committed Supervisors to work with us. The work will be set by the absent teacher and you will be expected to delivery and ensure that the young people are working to the plans that have been set. YOU must have excellent communication skills and be resilient, flexible. If you this sounds like you we currently have more work then people.

My schools are all based in Surrey, some of them can be challenging and some not so challenging however you must be flexible and willing to work in either environment. You will be fully support by the permanent staff team and induction and policy and procedures will be issued to you. You will be expected to SUPERVISE not TEACH the young people, however learning in expected to happen. This is an ideal opportunity if you want to gain more experience of working within the Education system in the UK - however you must have some experience of the education system and you must be confident and flexible.
