Courseware Developer Job

COURSEWARE DEVELOPER needed for a PART TIME CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Whippany, NJ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of online E-learning and Just-in-Time (JIT) learning solutions.
- Utilize a combination of advanced knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design principles and E-learning best practices to create effective, engaging and dynamic online learning courses.
- Challenge SMEs to design learning activities which are creative, engaging, use a wide range of media and make best use of online tools and technologies.
- Review client materials
- Work with client/SMEs to ascertain objectives and lesson content
- Revise and structure content and activities to shape them for learning needs
- Create ID outline (or storyboard) including text, activities, assessments, and authoring instructions
- Meet with client and SMEs to collect feedback
- Implement feedback, rewrite, and provide instructions where necessary
- Liaise with Project Manager and provide LMS admin back up function.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Proven competency in instructional design with experience in the design of interactive elearning
- Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies and current learning trends
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work remotely
- Able to work independently and have strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be familiar with Story Line, Articulate studio, Captivate and other off the shelf tools
