Counterparty Risk Trading CVA CSA Project Manager Banking London

I am seeking an experienced Counterparty Risk Trading Project Manager with experience with CVA and CSA across credit risk, Counterparty risk, and front office IT, to lead multi million pound projects and programmes across the front office for this investment banking giant client.
As the Counterparty Risk Trading CVA CSA Project Manager, you will be responsible for global Derivatives Counterparty risk driven Trade Pricing, Risk Management and Hedging, Billing Processes and Risk Reporting for the CRT Trading desks globally. The CRT Trading desk uses these systems to manage the counterparty risk for the bank on the trade portfolios with focused counterparty names.

This is a permenent role, based in Canary Wharf, with an open salary range for the right candidate

Requirements
* Strong Front Office Project Management experience of the full software development lifecycle in a front office complex product environment (ideally derivatives products)
* Experience woith CVA/ CSA
* Out of the Box thinking and being innovative in process and technology changes
* Sound business facing experience. Influence skill to get buy-ins from different direct and indirect stakeholders
