PLANNER (ENFORCEMENT AND APPEALS)
My client is a large council based in Essex who are looking for a Planner ideally with Enforcement and Appeals experience. There are a lot of large projects in the pipeline at the moment and they need someone to come in for 2 months starting at the end of April to help with a large case load of work. The role is likely to be extended and is paying around £22 an hour for a Planner with a Ltd company.
This role presents an opportunity to work on a varied caseload covering all aspects of Development Management. Working on appeal statements, as well as dealing with a range of enforcement cases and planning applications you will be qualified to degree level (and preferably MRTPI) and be able to demonstrate a proficient knowledge, and experience of managing a challenging DM caseload. Your own vehicle will be essential to the role.
