Aufgaben:

- Manage and lead product costing, piece cost and onetime cost.
- Position is a member of the Simultaneous Development Team (SDT). Interface to Engineering and Finance (Account Financial Manager).
- Prepare product costing: bottom up costing of complex bill of materials (BoMs) regarding piece cost (material cost and process cost) and onetime cost (investment, tooling, fixtures, gauges) of - - Aircraft seats and furniture inproper, defendable and in a timely manner.
- Financial Roadmap & Financial Reporting: Develop financial roadmap and actively manage to meet the financial targets of the program.
- Leadership: Represent Costing in a professional way to the Simultaneous Development Team (SDT), to Adient management, to suppliers and to customers.
- Supplier selection: Supports Purchasing by supplier selection and plausibility check of their quotes.
- Customer Satisfaction: Fosters a credible and effective personal working relationship with internal and external customers.

Skills:

- Technical Undergraduate Degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, etc.). Masters Degree in Business strongly desired.
- Special knowledge of cost structures of products, materials and processes of Aircraft Interiors industry required.
- Ability to work in global teams.
- Awareness and respect for different cultures. Adapt interpersonal style to the culture she/he is operating in.
- Strong working experience in one or more of the following areas of Aircraft Interiors Industry:
- Engineering
- Manufacturing
- Finance
- Demonstrated Costing knowledge of special Aircraft interiors products, materials and processes
