COST Engineer (VBA/Excel/Macro) - Central Belt- 3 MTH Rolling

* COST ENGINEER (VBA/EXCEL/MACRO) - CENTRAL BELT- 3 MONTH ROLLING.*

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a COST ENGINEER with VBA, EXCEL AND MACRO SKILLS for a 3 MONTH ROLLING CONTRACT.

* A CHOICE OF LOCATIONS IS AVAILABLE AND YOU CAN WORK FROM EITHER EDINBURGH, GLASGOW OR DUNFERMLINE.*

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

- Evidence of delivering effective results within a team environment, working within prescribed processes and within time frames to meet outputs.
- Proven analytical skills and the ability to think logically and interpret complex information
- High degree of numeracy, highly skilled in the use of MS Excel (VBA/Macros)

EXPERIENCE:

- Ability to think logically, interpret complex information and to form opinions based on analysis of information
- Sound knowledge and experience of costing systems (eg sound understanding of cost modelling, cost auditing and cost benchmarking)
- High degree of numeracy, highly skilled in the use of MS Excel(VBA/Macros)

EDUCATION:

- Minimum technically based HNC or equivalent.
- Formal training in a related field.
- Systems driven by Excel and/or Databases.
