Cost Control - Project Officer

Context
Support process reengineering project on the short term

Function Description
- Process Analysis : interview stakeholders (in cost management processes), collect info on and analyse processes/procedures,

document findings and processes
- Definition of roles & responsibilities (within cost management processes), including job descriptions.

Start Date ASAP
Duration 4 weeks (till Christmas 2016)

Location
Brussels (near Central Station))

Required knowledge / Experience

Level of education required
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in Finance (more important than Banking) : notions of cost management, and other finance processes
and tools, will be very useful for immediate productivity on the project

Languages Requirement
French fluent
Dutch useful
English fluent

Experience
Some experience in Finance (more important than Banking) : notions of cost management, and other finance processes and tools, will be very
useful for immediate productivity on the project. We are not looking for a senior profile, but someone who can immediately help on the project (short
term deliverables).

MS Office tools

Business Experience
Mandatory
Experience with Process Analysis and documentation.
