Projektbeschreibung

The DMD division is broken down into three parts, Input, Document Despatch and Banking.

The Input team deal with huge volumes of incoming and outgoing post, items are scanned onto the system and then routed to the appropriate areas to deal with, where apt. Document Despatch are responsible for rejection letter writing, legal and money laundering document matching and distribution and centralised printing. The Banking team complete DMD cash processes, working within a controlled and regulated environment. Some of the main area of responsibilities are cheque investigation, client liaison, pension administration.

About the role

- To sort and batch incoming post
- To complete rejection letters for ISA's and Stock transfers
- To print Encorr letters using deferred print queue, collate and distribute legal, money laundering and transfer letters
- To ensure all work is distributed in an effective and timely manner
- To assist other members of the team
- To communicate with internal and external customer

The Ideal Candidate

- Good keyboard skills to include basic Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and follow strict processes
- Numerate with good accuracy and attention to detail
- Organised and able to work on own initiative when required
- Good communication skills
- Minimum grade C at Maths and English GCSE
