Corporate Training Developer (Oracle)

Momenteel ben ik voor mijn klant in (omgeving) Rotterdam op zoek naar een Oracle Training
Developer. Start is ZSM en het contract is 6 maanden + verlenging.

Your primary focus will be the creation and delivery of high quality training that will
empower and significantly increase the skills and knowledge of people within the
business.

De werkzaamheden:
Your main responsibility will be the development of the training curriculum and training
material.

Furthermore:
- Set up and maintain Oracle UPK (the E-learning platform)
- Provide guidance on training curriculum and syllabi design, prepare templates for

training materials: slide decks, participant guides, quick reference guides;
- Train and support future trainers to develop training materials using the UPK platform;
- Prepare training materials, ensure that the processes, roles and information objects as

described in signed off One deliverables are correctly and adequately represented in
developed training materials;

Wat vragen wij?
- You have at least a Bachelor degree (HBO);
- You have 3-5 years of professional experience in relevant positions
- You have strong communication skills and proficient in both English and Dutch in speech

as well as in writing;
- You have demonstrated knowledge and experience in E-learning technology (preferably

Oracle's UPK) and with training delivery;
- Interest in and affinity with developing and providing education to professionals.
