RESPONSIBILITIES

- Annual award nomination, screening, and selection process using SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools
- Support new program for individual contributors on the cusp of management, including content, assessment, simulations, and blending learning components
- Support of 45 member council monthly meetings, and all corresponding pre- and post- work, as well as analysis and summarization of the meetings
- Articulating the program's communications strategy and plan, including integration with all other HR areas which engage the manager audience
- Review of the content available to the targeted audience across various HR related sites and applications, including competencies, development planning, assessments, and learning and development applications.

SKILLS

REQUIREMENTS

- Advanced Skills in: MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Word
- General project management acumen
- Experience tracking and reporting budgets, invoices, status, risks, and issues
- Specific HR domain experience, particularly with large corporate multinational, global, enterprise wide programs, assessments, surveys, awards, learning and development, and general talent management
- General working knowledge of HR systems and data analysis and reporting methodologies
