Department Overview

Corporate Security & Investigations (CS&I) operates worldwide and provides services including: protective security, travel security, executive protection, security risk assessments, crisis management support, and fraud and other investigations. The CS&I team includes security professionals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. CS&I's strategy is to provide world class protective security and investigative support to the bank. The core IT goals are to standardise, automate and integrate processes and technology in order to enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.

Experience Required

Proven business analysis experience to have included the following:

* Requirements gathering, analysis and functional design using a recognised methodology.
* Process flow analysis & design.
* Writing Business & Technical documentation.
* End-to-end lifecycle experience of systems development & implementation projects.
* Ability to deal with a large and diverse set of stakeholders, including senior level sponsors.
* Multi-tasking / balancing parallel workloads.
* Data analysis / manipulation.
* Basic Project management skills.

Skills / Aptitude Required

* MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint - Intermediate
* Visio - Intermediate
* Very well organised and able to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
* Analytical & methodical approach to problem solving
* Precise (attention to detail)
* Effective at communicating clearly via e-mails, telephone & in meetings.
* Ability to effectively plan & prioritise, to set & meet deadlines.
* Must be able to work effectively either independently or as a team member.
* Deliver high quality, professional work to specification.
