IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Provide service excellence in all areas of influence in the Corporate Reward Services function
-Support the transformation of Reward Services by ensuring that new tools and services become fully embedded and being a champion for the change
-Provide ad hoc support with data queries and analytical reports
-Support across the whole service catalogue dealt with by the Corporate Reward Services team - responsibilities are split between the team and may include but are not limited to the following points
-Annual compensation review processes, including delivery of the compensation review for the Senior Management Group
-Provide support in Equity processes such long-term incentive, and share purchases (granting, vesting, transactions) including analytics and liaison with 3rd party providers as required
-Global benefits administration including liaison with 3rd party providers as required
-Provision of global mobility services to the international assignee population as required
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably within an HR or business-related discipline
-Advanced user of MS Office, particularly Excel/PowerPoint
-Experienced SAP user
-Knowledge in general HR
-Knowledge in compensation/benefits area
-Worked in a multi-national environment
-Experience of working with outsourcers and 3rd party service providers is an advantage
