Working Hours: 32.75. 8.00 - 16.00 Monday, Wednesday & Thursday. 7.15 - 18.00 Tuesday. 30 minutes for lunch.
1.Deal professionally and courteously when welcoming visitors to reception and ensure visitors sign the attendance book on arrival and departure.
2.Issue visitor with passes on daily basis.
3.Deal sensitively with visitors and staff and ensure urgent matters are drawn to the attention of relevant staff quickly and accurately.
4.Deal with telephone enquiries and field telephone calls accordingly. Take accurate messages ensuring they are passed on as appropriate.
5.Calls to be directed to the relevant department.
6.Maintain the bookings of all 13-conference rooms,
7.Help security with post redirection.
8.Book taxis and courier as and when required.
9.Place all stationary orders once a week.
10.Liaise with security with the daily deliveries.
