Corporate Pensions Business Analyst

Edinburgh: Business Analyst - up to £340 per day.

EA Change Groups' Edinburgh based Banking client urgently requires a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will be involved in the Set-up of a new function within an Operations team to manage change within the operation effectively and in a controlled manner. The programme is within a corporate pensions area that has been through a significant period of change both regulatory and operational transformation change and it is vital that the correct framework is in place to successfully manage the level of change that continues to impact the area.

PURPOSE OF ROLE

Reporting to the business change manager

Design of operational change control process including cultural change

Business readiness activities for regulatory and transformational change

Support for process change activities

CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of business analysis principles and processes
