We have an immediate opportunity available for a Corporate Level Recruiter for Herndon Virginia as follows:

Responsibilities:

The Recruiter will recruit technical staff supporting our much division in our Virginia headquarters. Able to source, screen and identify technical candidates using a variety of methods and recruiting processes including networking, referrals, Internet searches, cold calling and database tools. Able to negotiate rates and secure qualified personnel for customer contract and project based job opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess the skills necessary to manage multiple projects effectively, multi-task, communicate technology and manage daily prioritization in an organized and productive manner.

Requirements:

- Education; Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 2 to 3 years technical recruiting experience, preferably agency experience
- Experience recruiting IT or telecom professional a plus
- Strong organizational and verbal negotiating skills
- Strong customer service, quality and process oriented
- Strong communication skills and salesmanship
