- Time Management
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- The Event Planner will be responsible for providing assistance for a Global Leadership Training seminar taking place in May. The event is taking place in Bellevue, WA and will house 240+ executives. In a nutshell, this person will be responsible for all logistics that surround this event.
- This list includes: hotel reservations, travel accommodations, sending invitations out and working directly with the training organization.
- Candidate will also provide on-site support during the actual seminar.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Looking for someone who is on the experienced/senior level side of event planning and who has managed larger corporate events.
- Abe to work in a fast-paced global environment.
- Strong time management skills.
- Candidate needs to have a minimum of intermediate excel skills (should know how to manage pivot tables).
