Corporate Business Systems Lead - Derivatives

As a Corporate Business Systems Lead you will be working for a Global Derivatives company based in Central London that are fast growing and at the forefront of their industry, this a great opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
*A firm understanding of tactical and strategic Corporate IT initiatives to provide continual improvements and advancements in Infrastructure, desktop delivery disaster recovery and business continuity.
*Design and manage the process to deliver project work on time and within budget
*Elicit requirements through document analysis, requirements workshops, business process analysis, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
*Manage and implement appropriate planning and control mechanisms to ensure that projects are managed effectively.
*Cost projects ensuring efficient and timely purchase process is employed and that monthly projections are updated on a weekly basis for senior management.
*Implement and conduct regular reviews of service metrics and KPIs and present to the relevant teams with full feedback and user satisfaction.
*Ensuring incident, problem and knowledge management with vendors to monitor and respond to incidents and requests in line with our agreed vendor service level agreements.

Technical Knowledge
*Windows 8 Administration, builds, imaging, patch management
*Office 365 - Microsoft Suite 2013 & Sharepoint 2013 support & Administrations
*Active Directory administration (co locations)
*Configuration of hardware (Routers, Switches, Firewalls) & software (network management tools,
*Networking administration and support for a secure corporate environment. (TCP/IP, VOIP, DNS, Sub-netting, VPN traffic management)
*Virtualisations (Hyper-v, VMware, VLAN)
*Storage solutions (NAS, SAN, RAID)
*Mobile device support (blackberry, iPhone and android)
*Infrastructure integration from a variety of application vendors (CRM, ERP, CMS, Messaging platforms, Bloomberg, web services )
