Projektbeschreibung

Will provide project management support to multiple projects currently in-progress as well as projects currently in line for approvals. The Project Manager for Corporate Applications will provide on-going administrative support for multiple projects particularly for IT projects for retirement of Legacy systems and budget forecasting across the group.

Duties will include all aspects of project management phases from Pre-Planning through Project Close-Out including the following:
Complete Project Charter, Communication plan, Project Schedule, and Budget Forecast
Complete design documentation including network diagrams
Complete and execute on test and communication plans
Complete all aspects of project implementation including Go/No Go presentations
Complete system turnover checklist and knowledge transfer upon project completion
Provide weekly status reports
Evaluate products currently in-house to provide recommendations on future product upgrades
Coordinate with team members to provide work estimations for proposed projects
Maintain capacity plans for project work

SKILLS:
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
Experienced project manager with 3-5 years experience implementing mid-sized IT projects
PMP certification a must
Strong finance background with skill set to maintain budgets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with providing strategy consultations for teams
Background with supporting IT systems
