CORPORATE ACTIONS PROCESSOR/CORPORATE ACTIONS - PROCESSING

For this top tier investment bank we are looking for a Corporate Actions Processor. The day to day workload will consist of processing front to back on the EMEA markets. The candidate will provide support to multiple business lines including proprietary trading, Equity Finance including stock lending and SWAPs, Delta 1 and CFDs. There will also be daily contact with custodians and counterparty's alike. There will also be a support required for our custodian arm and will cover both mandatory and voluntary events across all markets.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Extensive knowledge of investment banking products, along with good experience of processing corporate actions is required.
- Specific market knowledge of the role advertised is beneficial.
- Corporate Action knowledge on various markets including UK, Europe, Asia, US and other emerging markets
- Practical and working knowledge of operations functions is preferred.
- Attention to detail along with speed and accuracy are important, along with the ability to work in a team.
