An opening has arisen for a Corpoate Actions Coordinator to assist with monitoring and controlling all Corporate Action activity to ensure execution of related transactions, instructions and the collection of all monies due by liaising with clients, fund managers, custodians and other counterparties.
You shall act as point of contact for all Corporate Actions related queries and monitor all queries raised by all parties and provide trchnical advise and support to colleagues as required.
The successful candidate will also prepare all relevant departmental stats and MI within required time-scales.
Knowledge and experience required:
- Business Diploma or Degree preferred but not essential
- Extensive working knowledge and industry experience of corporate actions
- FSA Threshold Competent and Investment undustry qualifications
- Ability to indentify and initiate process improvements preferably using Best process Management techniques
