Corporate Actions Associate

Role profile

-Responsible for the timely and accurate management of all corporate action events in 39 markets across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, including the UK. Will be required to work in a high risk, high volume and fast paced environment.
-Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely notification of corporate action events to our client base.
-The role is within the Corporate Action Research team which interprets incoming market announcements for mandatory and voluntary corporate actions in the UK and EMEA markets.

Requirements
-Degree or equivalent
-Financial industry experience, and Corporate Actions/Custody experience preferred.
-Should be capable of working in a pressurised area dealing with significant peaks of volumes.
-Able to prioritise and focus on the most urgent and important task.
-Experience of using Microsoft Excel.

-Knowledge of the Crest system
