Corporate Actions Analyst

Corporate Actions Analyst currently required to work in a Global Asset Servicing team in a Tier One Investment Bank on a Contract basis.

Main Function of the Job
* Accurate and timely processing of all EMEA Voluntary Corporation Actions events.
* Uphold zero issue & cost processing excellence in accordance with pre-defined KPI's & KRI's.
* Reduce departmental KRI's through application of sound risk management best practice.
* Foster a culture of flawless processing delivery, and surpassing internal & external stakeholder expectations.
* Adhere to all EMEA Voluntary Corporate Actions controls, procedures, and Metrics.
* Exercise the Firm's core values in execution of daily duties.
* Adhere to department control environment (B checks, B control and procedures and execution of regular risk assessments).
* Looks for opportunities for process and control enhancements/improvement.
* Employ strong and mutually beneficial all dependent stakeholders.
