Core Java Developer (Spring, Struts, SQL Server, Sybase)

In one of the most scenic parts of Switzerland, at the foot of the alps and on the Swiss/Italian border, our client is looking for a highly skilled Java Developer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working in an internal team
- Communication directly with business analysts, project managers and business partners
- Working on the Server Side and implement business logic using Java, Sybase, SQL Server (75%)
- 3rd level support when required (around 25%)
- Be involved in the whole software life cycle from requirements analyses up to implementation and testing

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience with Java development, preferably Java 8, Spring, Struts
- Experience with databases, ideally Sybase, SQL Server
- Experience in Front End development is also required
- Good knowledge of best practices, OOP, OOD, TDD
- Experience will all phases of the life cycle
- Experience in 3rd level support would be an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English
