Core Customer Care Agent required for a leading Medical Solutions company based in Chalfont St Giles, Amersham to take full ownership of equipment breakdowns and manage engineer repairs to provide an efficient and effective service for all customers.

We are looking for an experienced individual with the following attributes and key competencies:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation
- Team player
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of MUST (desirable) and parts ordering system
- MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work independently with minimum direction

The successful candidate will have experience within a call centre/helpdesk environment working closely with engineers, service centres and customers managing customer equipment repairs and maintenance.

Desirable skills and attributes include:

- Knowledge of the UK service centre
- Knowledge of the Healthcare environment in the UK
- Geographical knowledge of the UK
