Core CS & PS Optimisation and Performance Engineer GSM/UMTS/LTE

Our client a leading solutions provider specialising in Optimisation, Performance, QoS and QoE are searching for a Core CS & PS Optimisation and Performance engineer ideally with specific Huawei and Ericsson vendor experience.

You will work in the Performance and Optimization team as a Core CS/PS engineer and will be responsible for troubleshooting and optimising the network performance through signalling analysis, probing and OSS KPI's. You will identify potential issues (congestion, network parameters tuning, customer complaints, etc..) and provide associated recommendations.

You will be also responsible for performing on the job training to customers engineers regarding optimisation process and methodology.

Required skills to consist of:

Good knowledge in Core CS/PS, acquired through technical training and several years of practical experience.

Network Performance Management

Good Knowledge in Core PS/CS, 2G/3G/4G optimization methodology

Good knowledge on Core PS/CS,2G/3G/4G signalling and protocol layers (GTP, MAP, CAP, INAP, ISUP...)

Reporting and good analytics level

A strong knowledge in the following vendors Huawei/Ericsson, parameters and equipments is mandatory.

Good communication skills in meetings, conferences and presentations are also required.

Languages: Spanish and English are mandatory
