Copywriter with Digital Projects Experience

COPYWRITER WITH DIGITAL PROJECTS EXPERIENCE - BANKING - £230/DAY

A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking a copywriter with digital projects experience to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work in a highly respected organisation.

The role will entail:

- Interpreting technical documentation.
- Writing with technical discipline (eg, adhering to technical documentation)
- Writing creatively: eg, reproducing different tones of voice - dependent on brand - within the constraints of technical parameters.
- Liaising with the content management system team in order to resolve content load issues and queries
- Contributing copywriting expertise to stakeholder review workshops - and maintaining a comprehensive and knowledgeable overview of all types of content that fall within the role's remit
- Remaining diligent throughout the end-to-end content production process; eg, stakeholder consultation - copy creation - stakeholder review - copy amendment - stakeholder sign off - copy load into CMS.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):

- Excellent copywriting skills and solid grammatical expertise.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Familiarity with the full range of technical documentation used in large web projects.
- Confident with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- An impeccable eye for detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team, but also able to use own initiative as required.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and delivery focused environment.
- Experience
- Significant copywriting experience for a range of digital projects.
- Extensive experience of writing copy to structured technical documentation.
- Knowledge of the principles behind content management systems.
- Familiarity with a range of stakeholder groups
- Familiarity with agile methods is beneficial but not mandatory.

Copywriting experience for a range of digital projects is essential for the role. As well as proven experience within a banking environment.
