Copywriter for Internet Applications (Brussels)

Next Gen. Digital Channels Program is introducing new functions to the Bank's internet and mobile banking channels.

Function Description
Responsibilities:
° Review wireframes/prototypes created by the Business Analysts to come up with labels, error messages, FAQs and commercial texts that can
easily be understood by the customers which are in line with the bank's tone of voice.
° Get the copy validated by the relevant departments.
° The copy to be produced will be in English and Dutch or French.
° Input the final copy in the wireframe production tool (Axure).

° Labels
° Error messages
° FAQs
Commercial text (e.g. advantages of a product, description of a process)

Languages Requirement
French
° (Belgian-French) speaking candidates:
o faultless and flawless French (100% error free)
o good knowledge of written Dutch

Dutch
° (Belgian-Dutch) speaking candidates:
o faultless and flawless Dutch (100% error free)
o good knowledge of written French

English
o Understanding
o Writing skills is an advantage

Experience
3 years of experience / seniority in copywriting.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
Proficient in Word, Excel

Preferred experience/ exposure to web banking

Preferable
Knowledge of Axure is an advantage

Business Experience

Relevant experience in similar activities
Knowledge of Banking environment
